Shipping Carriers
We ship via United States Postal Service and may use other carriers when needed to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Delays
Once a package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other factors outside of our control—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Because each box is thoughtfully curated and packed by hand, all sales are final.

That said, your experience matters to us. If something isn’t right, whether your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just doesn’t feel like what you expected, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at gameongirlsapparel@gmail.com

We’ll always do our best to make it right.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Order Changes or Cancellations: We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
